What are Soap Berries?

Also known as soap nuts, SoapBerries™ are a 100% natural soap grown on sapindus trees in India and Asia. Our berries come exclusively from the Sapindus Mukarossi tree and are known for their larger fruit and superior cleaning ability.

How Do They Work?

SoapBerry™ fruit is dried and separated from the seeds after harvesting and contain a natural soapy substance called saponin (pronounced suh-pon-nin). Saponin is released when the dried berries are combined with water. This combination produces a low-lather soap that is a cost-conscious, earth-sustainable alternative to chemical detergents.
